I called IRCC on June 15th to check about my application and they said:
Eligibility: Pass.
Background: Pass
Security: pass
VO Office: Ottawa.
Since I already paid RPRF, I did not receive any update regarding my application. If any of you can suggest if this waiting period for COPR is normal and with experience if you can help me with average wait time it would be really helpful.

Hey, I have similar timelines and conditions, just around 10 days later. But haven't yet applied for gcms, and status currently is at 76%. May I know what is your status in % showing? Should I apply for GCMS notes now? or not required. Also my eligibility, background check and documents status is still not showing as complete! Not sure if its actually pending or not updated.
You should definitely order gcms notes. I ordered 1 month back. This is a good time for ordering notes.
Good to see that they are moving along with Outland cases. In May I was at eligibility met, criminality passed but no security started according to GCMS notes. Maybe I should order another set... AOR Feb 6th

My AOR is 01 Feb and my status is also same from last one month.

I have a question,
I paid the RPRF after I did my biometrics in late February. But my profile has not changed yet, and the payment box has not been updated.
I also have not had any ghost updates yet (or maybe I haven't seen them).
Does this mean the officers have not checked my profile yet? Because many applicants with Feb. AOR say their eligibility has been passed.

And did you pay your RPRF when submitting your application or you were requested later to do so?
