Your file is almost done. Once the border restrictions are lifted you will be getting the golden mail I suppose.

I suppose all the work on the file is completed but have to wait for official confirmation until then just have to keep the hope. VO is Ottawa is case processing centre different from VO? In the webform response, you can see it as Ottawa.

Your visa office is Ottawa. Mine is CIO Sydney - they have not yet started the security for outlanders.

What is the meaning of virtually landing? On call you receive confirmation of COPR?

I am not really sure though she just told me that to confirm if I am here and I am receiving my COPR in 2 days.

Called IRCC to ask about biometrics fee (in my case because I will have to pay it twice for PR and BOWP).
Was told that I am eligible and passed everything except criminality (they wait for my biometrics). Damn, I wish I would do it a couple days earlier lol. Oh well.

So they are waiting for biometrics, but they won't open service canada centres
Lots of us waiting.

I applied from India and I clearly mentioned AOR: FEB 1 2020 so biometrics done long back.

Yeap, and sounds like they continue giving out ITAs. So whenever they open, it will be a bloodbath for an appointment.

Thanks for sharing the info. I read your AOR date, but BIL from AOR were starting to get delayed around then (it's approx. 2 months now which would put it in lockdown timeframe), hence wanted to confirm.

Btw congrats, you look all set.

It means that you don't have to go to border to update your visa status
