Expanding my previous reply, here you can find the general statistics.
For the PPR:
January 2020: 57%
February 2020: 38%.

It looks that (as expected and announced) CEC are being given the priority.
I can agree on this number. Are we ever going to get COPR ? Its very frustrating !!

CEC from Jan 2020 and Feb 2020 are still waiting
There is no denying that there is some CEC still waiting. According to this tracker however, PPR for CEC only:
January 2020: 91%
February 2020: 81%

These are not official statistics, they constitute only a subset of all cases and 81% is not 100%. This is why yes, there are still CEC waiting.

But 91%>57% and 81%>38%. Therefore, CEC are (rightfully) being given priority.

I noticed that most of the finalized applications in Sydney are PNP, couldn't find a single CEC with Feb AOR. wtf is going with that office!

Applications are split between the offices depending on (among other factors) the stream. Sydney may simply be more focused on PNP.

This may be true in some lucky cases only!
I think, Sydney NS is very slow with both Inland and Outland applications!

Well, that tracker is not accurate. My case became inactive 6 months ago and I didn't active it back.

This is true, the tracker is not up to date and does not include all the cases. Unfortunately it is all we have; the official data are released months later.

In my opinion, most applicants with approved applications are not showing up in this forum anymore, because they are enjoying their PR already. Mostly the ones with applications stuck pending criminality or security check or COPR or for any other reason are gathering here and expressing frustration. This is why it looks like that "most applications from Jan-May of 2020 are not processed".
