Emailed Ralph yesterday. Hoping to get an update from them as calling IRCC isn't much useful. They gave the same information that I can see on my CIC account.

Congratulations to everyone received their PPR! How does the process works? we still have applications waiting with the timeline before 20th February and applications are approved with AOR 24 and 25?

I used the same format and emailed Ralph yesterday afternoon. No reply since 24 hours. Does it usually take time?
Filled up web form too at the same time, no luck there too yet. Any advice?
Okay, just got Ralph's response:
- Application is in Montreal (I guess that's the VO?)
- Criminality passed.
- Eligibility requires review.
- Security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
