@legalfalcon
I am inland pnp ee applicant, my spouse and daughter in my application. Feb 21 aor,

can I apply for open work permit for my wife while pr in progress and my daughter is eligible for visit

Pls suggetions
Yes, if your are eligible for spouse WP, you can.

However, if you receive your PR before the WP is approved, the effort will be waste.

I feel so happy for those who have PPR lately. This gives me hope that soon my turn will come. I am currently residing in Australia. Anyone is applying from Australia too? Not sure if all applications from Oz will be processed by CIC Sydney, Aus? Does anyone have any clue about this?

Does being a dentist (regulated profession requiring licence exams) make the application processing differently? I mean having many years of experience doesn't really make a difference because eventually I have to take the licence exams?

Hi I am new here,
This is my timeline -

Family of 2 - Pune, India

AOR - 11th February 2019
MEP - 29th March 2019

Since then, waiting for any update.
No ghost updates nothing. Just the time moved from 4 months to 18 weeks to 14 weeks currently.

In the meanwhile,
Eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements
BG - We are processing your BG. We will message you if we need more information
Final Decision - Your application is in process. We will send you a message once a final decision is made.

People applied with same AOR have received PPR, making me nervous and impatient.
When will I receive PPR?
Hey there
Are you a private practitioner or associated with a hospital?

  • Review of medical results You passed the medical exam.
  • Review of additional documents Not applicable.
  • Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
  • Biometrics Completed

Few people from feb are getting PPR request.. but be patient .. there many people from December and Jan are also awaiting PPR email.. Based on current trend, its taking around 6 months which is as per their commitment. but its case to case .. so just waiting game.
