Will the ECAS be updated when the test notification has been sent out? or is it only thru regular mail that we are informed of it?

Guys,

I've just completed application package for my wife. I already paid online using my CC. When I print out the receipt, it has blanks in Payer Info box. It prints my name but has blanks for Client DOB, Client ID, Address & Ph No.

By 'client', does it mean my wife? Should I fill them out with my wife's DOB, ID & Ph No although it contains my name in the 1st box?
