Now the question is: who would be among??

Yes Ed_nia, I believe they would start processing PNP people again in October too =)

My File of PNP was received by CIO on 10th feb and my IN PROCESS shown on 18t aug ... and then nothing from tht month .. my all other friends having same status of IN Process from last 3 months ............. can any one can give me some ideas tht wht is average time between In Process and PPR
