I hired a lawyer because I'm bad @ drafting explanation letter. I'm not sure how type one, and yes the CIC call agents are totally clueless. I don't rely on them

Try combine type in both your first and last name as your Surname.
They did that on mine.

It's there! Woohoo!!! I was putting United Kingdom as place of birth but then looked and England is also listed and that worked!
