Yes, the general trend seems that CIC is asking for 2013 NOA. May as well send it with you T4 ahead of time so that there is minimal wait time..

guys, during the submission of my application, i did send the 2012-NOA, 2012 & 13 - T4A but did not have the NOA for 2013. Also attached all the required payslips etc. Now that i have the NOA-2013, should i send it again or CIC just need one and that should be good.

Scan your 2013 NOA and email it to cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca with covering letter

So far as I understand, basically nothing is happening in your file. You are just "waiting in line."

Partly correct. Between the AOR and the MR, there might be a time where your application is not being looked at,
but there's also background and security checks completed by CIC, which take up a lot of time.

i need an advice please ....

1)I have not yet receive the medical request, but i have seen today that i put a small error on a cic form : in my employment letter it is declared that i work 37,5 per week, but i declared 40h per week on a IMM008_8e cic form, so how can i fix this error and send it to cic ?

2) my passport has just expired but i have a new one, how can i communicate to CIC a copy of my new passport?

You can send updated IMM008_8e form to CIC and also attached a cover letter explaining why you have updated it.

Send them a copy of first & last page of new passport as well as old passport. Attach a cover letter requesting them to update your passport info. An email has been mention at bottom of AOR email just send everything in ZIP file along with all other necessary information such as name, file #, UCI# etc.

- Amended IMMOO8_8e
- Update & old passport copies.
