Hey guys,

I'm away on business all week...but had to tell you that I just received a request for RPRF and Biodata. MR was not included, but I'm hopeful that its comin soon. I don't want to celebrate just yet, but the smile on my face right now, even though I know the process is still ongoing...just :D :D :D :D

I'm in meetings all day today and traveling after, but as soon as I have access to a computer again, I will post the request I received. Posting this from my BB...so can't copy the thing.

Hopefully this is a good sign not only for myself, but for the rest of the FEB crew and 2013 applicants in general. :)

Awesome, happy for ya!

Just a hypothetical question. Say you fail your medical. Would you get the RPRF back?

Hi Nasdi, do you know who got rejected? Is that applicant in the feb spreadsheet?

Congratulations CEC2013!!

All,

I was thinking of this question which is quite trivial. Do you think that the applications are processed in order of the application received date or the AOR received date for the application? Since all due dates are based on 1 year from the AOR received date.

Thanks guys! Sorry I dont have time to answer all of you...I'm on deadline this week and have a lot of work to do. Sidenote: I checked my eCAS, and it hasnt changed from "app rcvd". Here is a copy of the request I received with the VO number. I will try to tune into the discussions whenever I can...and will answer all questions as soon as this rush at work is over.

Best of luck to all. I'll keep you posted on any further developments. :D

Dear XXXXXXXXXXX (NAME):

This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted. Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose.

Your mailing address according to our records is indicated above. Please review it and advise us of any errors.

Has your family composition changed since our last correspondence?

· Have you married or divorced?
· Have you given birth or adopted a child?
· Do you intend to get married or divorced prior to becoming a permanent resident?
· Do you intend to give birth or adopt a child prior to becoming a permanent resident?

If any of these conditions apply, you must inform CPP-O immediately:
OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca

You will be asked to submit evidence such as a copy of the marriage, divorce, birth or adoption certificate or a letter advising when and where the marriage, divorce, birth or adoption is expected to take place. Any new spouse and/or children must be added to your application and be found admissible to Canada before your case is finalized.

Height and Eye Colour

We require confirmation of this information for yourself and each accompanying family member. Please complete the below form “Biodata” and return it to us by email at OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca .

RPRF

We wish to remind you at this time that your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding. You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.

If you delay the payment of the RPRF, your security or medical results may expire, which would delay the issuance of your visas. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible, by following these steps:

· Go to the website: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

· Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed

· Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”

· You must pay this fee once for yourself as principal applicant

· You must also pay this fee for your accompanying spouse or common law partner, if you have one

· Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490

· Click “Submit”

· Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with a credit card.

Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.
You must send the receipt to CPP-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca .

Your response to the above requests is required within 30 days. Thank you for your immediate attention to these matters.

Sincerely,

Hello Guys,
I have applied for Permanent Residency under Canadian Experience Class. Currently, I reside (and work) in Montreal, Quebec. yesterday, I received an email from immigration office ottawa, asking for a letter for intent to reside outside Quebec.
Well, I have been looking for a suitable job in Ontario since July. I have been applied for many jobs but got refused due to my work permit limitation. I believe i can send them my application history to justify my intention to reside outside the Quebec.
I am looking for some sample letter of intent to know the format better. Please help.
Thank you very much guys!

Regards,
Merry

Do you know how processing time for cec is measured?

Is it time from application received to the date visa is stamped on passport?

Or time from application received to the date on which final decision was made (or may be ppr email).

Thanks
