February 2013 Applications!!!

Hi CEC2013,
Can you please clarify if you sent the docs via e-mail or regular mail. In both cases can you kindly provide me the e-mail and regular mail addresses where the docs need to be sent. I also need to send in my ref letter and latest NOA. Thanks in advance.

I sent them both electronically and in hard copy. Did both only because my previous attempt wasnt successful....when I checked my GCMS notes, there was no notation about the documents sent. This time, they replied and said all documents were attached. Just ordered notes to check again. Lets hope all is good this time.

If sending by hard copy, know that you may not be able to receive signature confirmation, as they do mass mail deliveries. My package was sent through CanadaPost - Xpresspost, and they were unable to confirm more than the fact that my package was sent out with a bulk delivery (mail bag) to CPPO. They tried to investigate and confirm, but unsuccessful. Was told that I should check with them to ensure proper delivery. Thus, my request for GCMS notes. Email receipt and attachment was confirmed however.

But mind you, I order them 5 months in and only to check if my documents were attached. Its been 2 months since then. I just ordered a new set, so lets see what it says in a few weeks.

Thanks for the update! Ya, you can order notes again after you've received the ones you already ordered. Just dont order more than 1 at a time.

As in not to order for the same file - i.e. CEC - more than 1 at a time. You ordered for 2 different files, so its alright. One should wait until they receive the notes until ordering another set for the same file. So, if you order for CEC, then wait to get those, before ordering another set.

Congrats!! Good for you.. So, I've tried to do some research on here, but with little luck. I wish I could give you a definitive answer, but I cant. My thoughts are that you run both applications until one is approved completely (MR, RPRF, PPR, COPR) and then just withdraw the slower one. You wont get your fees back since they are both in process, but withdrawing is quite simple - just shoot them an email.

Like I said though, I would wait until one is completely finalized and then withdraw the other. Maybe seniors can provide more info on this!
