February 2013 Applications!!!

My application was received on Feb 27 at CPP-O, 27 days to go.

Does someone know why Bold9k's application was returned?
I see that his application was received on Feb 11 and already returned, Now we started receiving AOR's for Feb applicants, could we assume that once the application was received at the CPP-O office they would verify for the completeness of the application and if it's complete the same would be entered into their system (and this process takes 10 days)?

I see it. Row 20! Maybe you just missed it cuz the form was sorted by receive date, not by when you added it to the tracker.

1. Allegedly, the IELTS was not original.
2. Birth Certificate was issued by Hospital.

I get the birth certificate, but cant wrap my head around the IELTS issue. Anyway, thats what I remember from the convo - pls correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks for the confirmation.
I've submitted my application without the Employer Reference letter but added explanation letter and other secondary documents supporting my employment. I need to wait and see what happens in my case.

Yes its normal, usually people are able to access ECAS apprx after a week, see Jan 2013 topic for details.

I got AOR today(13-03-13) via email. I had sent documents via Xpresspost on 25-01-2013 and they received on 04-02-2013(Came to know thro' Xpresspost tracking service)!
No document requested. I was concerned about DOB certificates!
Now next Step....

Hey guys

Basically I clarified and it wasn't an IELTS issue but a Birth Certificate issue. Apperently they just send a random template which includes your IELTS and other information but the primary thing Highlighted on my check list was the Birth Certificate by whoever was checking for the documents.

They said that they didn't accept the birth certificate from the Hospital and want a Government issued birth certificate. The bad news is that back in 1984 governments didn't issue birth certificates where i am from but the good news is that CIC said they will accept National Identity cards. So i had to got that translated by a translator who is a member of ATIO, got an affidavit and re-sent my documents again.

-- Now the wierd thing is that Last year when i applied for my CEC Permenant residency it went past sydney and went to Ottawa without any problems. Anyways i have re-sent my documents so lets see.. I will now have to post in the March thread lol..
