I AM FSW2... Application sent on 20th... I am under arranged employment as well.... NOC 1231.. how fast can this move??? PLEASE?
I'm a little lost since my lawyer is the one handling everything

Hey February people... God helps us and miracles happen very soon.

I need a favor from someone.. My case is handling by a lawyer so in some things I am not too familiar... I see everyone talking about CAP...
and I see you guys can see somewhere where it is so far..

Can anyone explain me how do you know.. what is this of cut CAP??? where can I check???

Glad to know that u r under FSW2 too...Can u find out what date did ur documents reach CIO address in Nova Scotia? Coz mine was posted on 2nd Feb 2012 and it landed in CIO office on 9th Feb. My Credit Card was charged on 29th Feb accordingly. Hope the above helps in estimating your date of Credit Card being charged or draft being cashed. All the best mate

Hello Samson,

Get an Arranged employment offer is a process in itself. Firstly you have to apply for jobs ( not easy from outside Canada) you may use job consultants or any contacts to get a job interview and be successful on merits. Once you get the job, next step is for the employer to get a Positive LMO (Labor Market Opinion) and once it is approved then the employer has to apply for an AEO (Arranged Employment Offer) with HSRDC for a approval. This process varies a lot consuming around minimum 6 to 8 months. Once a AEO is approved the ball is in your court for getting all the documents and prepare your application as per CIC instruction guide.

Hope the above helps as I have described it in short. But we have more knowledgeable members in this forum who can shed more light. Wish u all the luck.

Yes Bro have an AEO...maybe thats why they are quick...but dont think they would be any quicker after PER...it all depends on which VO we go for...mine is Sydney, Australia notoriously known for delaying even straightforward cases ....

Glad to know that mate...knowing my VO is easy coz I choose it on the form.And I have to mention a VO where I would be a resident....Sydney is not at all fast so fingers crossed for a speedy processing. You would hear from them only in few months for docs...but keep an eye on ur bank details to check if they have charged your credit card or if you have submitted a draft then check with the issuing bank for encashment.
