I think its the best site, provides good connections, and searches all the websites and gets the best deal possible. many times even my travel agent can't match the price I get on that website.

Now they have requested a translation of my husband's military records...all 39 pages of the booklet. The crazy thing is, is that the military check was already done when he got his visitor visa. You would think that all that information would be in the system already. In his country like many, military service is mandatory for men. He never went into combat and his commanding officers never did any war crimes so we're not worried, just a little frustrated that he has to provide this information again. Hope it doesn't cause much of a delay.

So relieved and happy now I know what the decision is!! Only 2 days after the ecas update!! :)

Will be heading to London next Thursday to hand it in and all that fun stuff!!

YAY!!!!!!!! My husband is SO happy!! :D

PS. The cost of the flight I mentioned was actually with Canadian Affair haha I always fly with them. Will take a look at the other suggestions too!!

i got a letter in the mail today...thinking it was my aor, opening it up i realized it was asking for my passport, and the process was complete!! total time : 4 months out of buffalo!!! thank God, im so happy it went so quick!
hope everybody else gets good news as well!!!

Congrats!!!! Maybe this will catch on with a few more of us.
 
Just an update some of you might find interesting. if you go back to my previous post a few pages ago you can see how our application has been going. Eventually getting to London mid may. We are now waiting on the CSQ from Quebec before London goes ahead. But today I received an email from the officer in London just saying they hadn't received the CSQ yet and that they are supposed to received a copy from Quebec but we can also send a copy to make sure they get it in London. I was surprised to receive this, didn't think an officer would have even looked at it this soon with all our delays. Can't wait to get the CSQ now!
 
That's excellent, Crillz! I sincerely hope your case gets pushed through, you've had a delay through no fault of your own, and maybe London will make up for it by giving you some kind of priority, which would be great! Let's go, MICC! :)
