Do you have much to update, was there any additional information included with your package (like extra labels for the returned application)?

I explained everything on page 44 of this thread, not sure how to proceed now. Really confused.

All I can say is send the application back to them with a copy of the VO's letter highlighting where he says your spouse has only been in Canada since January and a yellow post it note where you write: "Yes but we lived together in Ireland for x months before that, see attached application and evidence". Maybe the VO was having a bad day and didn't really look at it. I am baffled too but they are only human and can also make mistakes.

There is no point in an appeal as it would take too long, you are better off resubmitting, get a new PCC and send it in (in the manner Leon suggests).

I agree with Leon and yourself, from the information given, it looks like the VO didn't read the app' properly.

In your other thread you say "The officer put a sticker with an address at CIC and which has his/her initials on, so it will be going back to the same person."
IMO This may mean that your app' will to go to the officer when it arrives, rather than just sitting in the queue.

huhuuuuuu....My App has reached ND VO ;) and they acknowledged as received on 3/22...Ecas seems to have been good with us so far...:))
 
Pls, can someone tell me wat ecas is all about and i dont no why MPNP dont communicate wit me except my sponsor which his my brother based in manitoba, canada. my document as been resent since 2wks now and there was no response. i will await ur response...

So what am I supposed to do? check the box and not be able to see anything online? am I missing something here? any idea what Im supposed to do? weird eh....
 
Yes, its if you dont want your info available online.
 
So I am not supposed to check the CHECK BOX right? there is NO OTHER INFO on the whole page....just that little blurb and a check box....was there supposed to be more info below the blurb? There is no update??? am I missing something?? thanks for your reply :-)
