actually i sent my application last year may and it was sent back to me... stating that i dont have up to 10000 cad in my account and my brother living in canada who is my sponsor did not include is birth cert. now i work and live in dubai, have been so busy lately due to the change of work and country. now, i make the correction and re package my application 5th of march and send back to the immigration, one thing i dont understand is... the imiigration did not communicate with me only communicating with my brother. I cant wait to hear the good news, gud luck everyone...

Today I check my application status and it says in process, and in detail they said a letter sent to me and some information requested that i need to resubmit.
That means when i send them back that information again i have to wait another 37 days in queue

i dont think you have to wait for one month again. Once they receive your document, they will process it within 3-4 working days.

I would think so too! It shouldn't take a long time again...If not they would not have created a file for u!
I'm getting a little anxious as I don't see anything on ECAS yet. My file was received on Feb 17. Hoping it shld not tk too long.

Miss. received Feb. 4, 2011
Miss. processed March 3, 2011
Decision Letter sent March 3, 2011
Received decision letter March 9, 2011
Delhi Visa office received application March 14, 2011

I have no idea, we checked everything 5-6 times. I can't imagine what the problem is.
