Hi All, How did you guys make tracker account. I got AOR today and I am getting this message when i tried to make the account.
Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

Citizenship Ceremony: In progres. Updated on July 17. Oath-taking is scheduled for August 20.
I believe you will need to wait a few days from that email then try and create the tracker. Mine took 3 days, some I have read can take up to 5 days
Update. Lpp completed July 21. Ceremony not started. Almost done.
