Still unable to create an account or reset log in to the tracker portal. I have submitted an IRCC webform and am awaiting a response.

If you are not able to create tracker account How are you able to see Background Verification: In Progress (May-01-2026) ?

I called IRCC helpline and the agent told me BG in progress. FP request was via email today.
