I have to get degrees attested from fbise. I have read clear on website mentioning eft to HBL account.When i go to RBC and their eft or way transfer is for indiviual recepients . This method in FBISE suggests us to send EFT to FBISE IBAN and then mention the reference # in online form. Can anyone help please ?
