FBI(police cert) for canadian immigration

Hi,
I went to U.S last year on visitior visa B2 and i stayed there about 9 months on visitor status. My purpose of stay there was my USMLE exams only. I am currently in Pakistan.
my question are
1) Do I need FBI cert.(police cert) for canadian immigration as I stayed in U.S more than six months.
2) how can I get FBI cert. while I am in Pakistan.
