I have hardly any fingerprints and got my second rejection letter that my fingerprints are very low and try again.

How to get FBI PCC .. is there any alternative way ....you guys got your PCC from FBI for people like me who have low fingerprints.

Any suggestions? Does CIC offers an alternative for those who constantly get rejected by the FBI? Would they accept local police report or anything like that from the US?

look for similar companies or if identogo has a branch near to you. Hard ink rolling was not working for me either, and I found a police station near me that could do a digital scan and print on fingerprint card.

you should always do this in police station.. they know there shit and its digital and FBI can access it directly from the police db anytime

You need to get a fingerprint card that is to be mailed to FBI. I get why you're suggesting that it needs to be done at the police station, but that is not a must and besides you cannot get a FBI pcc using livescan DB, a hard copy fingerprint card is mandatory.
luckily for me there was a fingerprint company inside the police station that were capable of printing digital copies of your livescan on the FD 258 card. for people with low fingerprint quality issues, that would be the best way to go.

lice station have those cards mate.. that card is not FBI specific... it used all around in any . I already have my pr and I did that. Does that make sense my friend.. If it is done by police station FBI knows... they stamp... but yes if live scan is shit.. the. u have no other than getting an agency,, but I don get it how the live scan can be rejected done at cop station because FBI also uses same software of detection what these guys use... and it tells if your scan is correct or not. I never said you don have to get the copy... you need to send the copy but FBI can also access it from db as well.

Yes,I totally understand your point and the best way to get it done is at a police station for sure. But what i meant was it is uncommon for you to find a police station where they are able to print the livescan on fingerprint cards. You are right about the detection software being universal but FBI only accepts hard copies for this purpose.

yeah,,, so in every county there will be at least 1 with live scan...

yeah that could be..
lol yea believe me that was the biggest issue. Which is why I was suggesting that identoGO agency if they're nearby the OP's state in case the police stations in that area are unable to print livescans.
I struggled to find one in the Northern California region
