So my recommendation is that you either look for a police station that is capable of printing livescan or go to one of those agencies that can do it. probability of the hardcopy of a livescan being accepted is way higher for people with not so prominent finger prints.

I have hardly any fingerprints and got my second rejection letter that my fingerprints are very low and try again.

How to get FBI PCC .. is there any alternative way ....you guys got your PCC from FBI for people like me who have low fingerprints.

Any suggestions? Does CIC offers an alternative for those who constantly get rejected by the FBI? Would they accept local police report or anything like that from the US?

Were you able to resolve this issue? My mother who applied for visa from india just got asked to resubmit her biometrics. The problem is biometrics in India can only be done at specific VFS centers.
