i have sent FBI finger print forms and credit card form to FBI in January 2017 and in march 8th 2017, my card was credited with 18$ amount . Now when i contacted FBI they say my result were sent to the address mentioned which is INDIA on march 22nd 2017. but, still i have not received the result. When i approached them on 'identity@ic.fbi.gov' . they say my result sent is more than 90 days. so they have destroyed the document and asking me to repeat the whole procedure. did anyone experienced similar issue?
Now i would like to repeat the whole process and for FBI result to be posted, I would like to give my friends address in usa/canada. would like to know will that make any difference?
