FBI Fingerprinting in Lahore, Pakistan

This is a question which has been asked by me as well as several other forum members but has never been answered. I request all the notables of the forum to please share information.

Q: I have to send my fingerprint card to the FBI for Fingerprinting record for the time I have lived in US (more than 6 months). How can I get my fingerprints taken to be sent to FBI in Lahore, Pakistan?
Forum members are requested to answer early, specially PMM, Leon, BC Guy, Rupessheri and others as I know a handful of the members who have sent PM about this and I am unable to answer them.

I would like to second the query.
Even I need to get police certificate from the US (state and FBI both I'm assuming), and I'm not in US anymore. Im in the UAE.
I investigated a little bit, and didnt find a comprehensive procedure.
While I continue my investigation, could someone please share their experience / knowledge that could benefit us?

Get your finger print completed from UAE (Dubai Police) or Pakistan from a governement agency or Authorized fingerprinting agent, send this to FBI with their fee, return address and reason, they will then send you the records to your address.

After quite a search, I have not been able to trace any prvate agency that is eligible to or can do fingerprinting for me in Lahore, Pakistan. In addition I could not trace any govt. agency which can either do it for me so that I could send my fingerprinted card to the FBI for record taking.

Would any one from the forum reply it please.

i think pakistan high commission can help u for that. may be, if u didnt check it yet then u may check,
actually i dont really understand fingerprint card yet?
.....on my passport there is a finger print record there
...... when i visited n york a few years ago, they also took my finger print at airport (i think they took, but i am not sure)

who ask for this record and at what stage, as till medical stage , no buddy has asked for it

Call FBI from Pakistan their number is on CIC web site, asked them where should you should go to get the fingerprint send to US. They receive these requests from Pakistan and they must know.

I can recommend an expert for fingerprinting in Islamabad but not sure about Lahore.

I needed to get my fingerprinting done to send to the FBI in USA for Police Clearance (PC). I tried all the police stations in Islamabad but they did not have the skills or equipment for this job. Eventually I found a fingerprinting expert in the Prosecution Division of F-8 Markaz (Kacheri) in Islamabad. He charged me a nominal fee of Rs 500 and did a perfect job. His phone number is 0333-5164958.

Fingerprinting Bureau Lahore is located in Police Training College in Chung near Thokar Niaz Baig. They can do it for you. You will need to take with you photocopies of your passport and NIC along with a payment slip (Challan) of Rs 1000 submitted at any National Bank of Pakistan branch. They also require police character certificate but I was told I can send that later.

If they ask for the police character certificate and are told that we would send it later do they do the finger printing anyway or is the police character certificate mandatory?
Also where can we get the police character certificate made from?

Investigation (Crimes) branch Punjab Lahore (Anarkali Bazaar Lahore, Punjab 54000 ), Go to 5 floors, room 509. The staff was very professional and cooperative and helped me to get the fingerprints as required. I had my own prints of fingerprinting cards (on 100g paper). You will require a photocopy of your Passport, NIC, Police Character Certificate. There is 1000 Rs /print charges. the phone number of the concerned person is 03474242460
