I also got this request, I'm in Costarica right now do anybody knows how to get this forms? do I need and special for to have my finger prints stamped there? where can I get it from, Do I need to submit any payment, God I am going crazy... ;(

1) If the police authorities in your own country have a form they prefer, use it. If they do not, print the FBI's form (FD-258 Fingerprint Request Card) and use that one.

2) Go to the police authorities in your country responsible for criminal records, and using either their own form or the FBI form, have your fingerprints taken and have the form certified by the said authority. You will need photo identification, I used my passport.

3) Send the form along with the payment (either fill out the credit card form the FBI provides, or pay for a bank draft according to the instructions provided) to the address provided.

Awesome thanks for your help, now Do you know what´s the payment fee, I only found the credit card payment but i don´t have one and the most concern situation is that I am not sure If they send the police form once processed back to me or directly to the immigration office taking are of my case...
