FBI Finger print - Credit card payment form - Signature - Urgent

Hello All,

I'm planning to send FBI creminal check record request. On the credit card payment form, I'm sending two separate forms for me and my spouse (Each $18). For both the forms, I need to sign since I'm the credit card holder. Correct?

There is no instruction there like it should be credit card holder's signature.

If you are in Canada, you can get money order in US dollars from Canada post and send it to FBI. That way you don't have to worry about credit card etc.
