Hi, I am currently looking into getting my FBI PCC through NBCI ( a channeler ). I am curious if any other channelers I can do from out of state and take the fingerprints myself? Problem is they will only mail to the US. I am going to do a inland PR app in May. When I send in my PR app with my Police Cert in May, the police certificate will have my address from the US on it. My family could fwd the cert to me. Would this look fishy having the old address on the police cert, making it seem as if it is not 1 yr cohabilitstion for common law? I am not sure if requesting through the FBI themselves will mail it out of the US.
