FBI Chaneler for non-US citizens

Hey all,

I'm travelling to the US next month and was looking at a speedier way of getting my FBI check done.

All of the FBI channelers I've seen so far appear to be for US citizens only. Does anyone know of one that can do it for non-US citizens?

Yes they will do it non US citizen, but what is the point as CIC won't accept them. You need the actual FBI letter with the security features for CIC.
