Both are immigrants.
Fault Divorce: PR (husband) has multiple affairs before and after coming to Canada. He also had issues while getting PR.
They have a jointly owned house where they live with three adult children (high school and university students). all three children support mother.
They also have other jointly owned properties. Husband contributed more toward down payment in all.
What will happen?

This isn't an immigration issue - it's a family law issue. They will need to work with a family lawyer to determine how their assets will be split as a result of the divorce.
