When I applied for my PR application around 3 year ago, my father's legal name on his passport was as follows:
First Name:
Surname: XYZ
Now his name has been slightly modified , since his First Name was empty before , so he moved his Surname to his First Name and added a new name in Surname, now it is as follows:
First Name: XYZ
Surname: ABC
I would be marrying soon in Pakistan , and my National Identity Card is also getting expired and it would be made in accordance to my updated father's name ( as it is mentioned on the card ). And once I have my new National Identity card, I can apply for Marriage Registration Certificate and also for the Family Registration Certificate ( which would be made on the basis of my new national identity card ).
However, CIC has my previous/old father's name. Now when I would be applying for spousal immigration and would submit the marriage documents ( that would have my updated father's name ). Then, would it be a problem for me to apply ?
