CIC is eagerly waiting for the Hearing of the case lodged by 900+ applicants of Pre June 2008.
I suppose they don't wanna reach into any decision about them at this point so they want to pause them.
I strongly believe that the result of the case could go in favor of CIC as the law has been passed in their parliament and Judges wouldn't dare to overthrow the bill. Let's see what happens.
