Your spouse can try applying for a TRV.

I heard that chances of TRV refusal is very very highl.

Is there link or documents where I can find the info to apply for TRV or Work Permit?

Thanks for quick response.

I am afraid to get a refusal on her file history.

I just got to know that one frnd of my frnd who is PR and applied for work permit for her spouse in india and get approved within in 4 weeks only.

That's impossible. There must be more to the story or the details you have provided aren't accurate.

If you are a PR, your spouse is not entitled to a work permit if they are outside of Canada.

Your friend must be in Canada as a foreign worker or international students. That's the only way this scenario would be possible.

We applied for PR and TRV. Our TRV was refused. We applied again. Refused again. Applied again, accepted. Not sure why people feel if you get rejected you're refused for life - if you can afford a 100 dollars, then why not apply?

Great to hear. Your application approved.

If you don't mind by sharing , what are the information you have changed in 2nd and 3rd time of application.

That is what I am thinking, its totally impossible as i have read from Cic.

I will ask him for more info on her story.

The other alternative is that the spouse qualified for a closed work permit on their own through being moved to Canada by their employer (e.g. ICT work permit) or through securing a job offer in Canada.

It's impossible to apply for an OWP from outside of Canada in the case where the spouse is a PR.

Sorry to jump in between. Can we apply for spouse TRV based on family reunion in current scenario ? And what is timeframe of getting that ?
