Dear Jkal,

Are you sure that I should choose 2nd option? Somebody here suggests me to choose number 1.

What do you think? Thanks for your suggestion.

I got my ECA report from WES mentioned that

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Two Bachelor's degrees (Four years)

Credential: Bachelor of Science Canadian Equivalency : Bachelor's Degree (4 Years)
Credential: Master of Business Administration Canadian Equivalency : Bachelor's Degree (4 Years)

Now in express entry i have following two choices:-

1) Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute (112 points)

2) Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years (119 points)

I am confused which choice should I select. Please help.
You have completed your Bachelor degree and then master degree. WES has recognized both as Bachelor degree but TWO different degree so my answer would still be 2:-

I am the primary applicant for mine application. My wife has a relative in canada who is a PR, actually she is mine mother in law sister who recently got PR and her kids are the citizens, so mine questions is can i claim points for that. Below is list as per CIC, does mine mother in law sister qualifies under child of a grandparent and if its fine to claim points for that?

Relatives in Canada

grandparent,
child,
grandchild,
child of a parent (sibling),
child of a grandparent (aunt or uncle), or
grandchild of a parent (niece or nephew), who is
.living in Canada
. 18 years or older and
.a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

Hi Jkal,

I have a few queries regarding documents uploading.

1. Do I need to produce a letter from all banks that I hold an account in or just the ones whose funds I want to show?
We do not need to provide bank statements for 6 months, right? All we need is a letter on the letterhead from each bank saying that these are my bank accounts, these are the dates since the accounts have been active and these are average 6-monthly balances in those accounts, right?
2. How do I show the money in my wife's accounts for Proof of Funds? There is a button to upload a doc for POF under the primary applicant's section, but not under the spouse's. Should I just append the letter from her bank with my POF docs?
3. A query regarding Employment records is that I joined work in City A and after 2 years got transferred to City B for 1 year. Now in my work history, I've just entered 1 row for my 3-year tenure with the company, & given the Place as City B (because the tenure ended there). In my address history though, I've mentioned 2 years in City A & 1 year in City B. Is it the correct thing to do? City A is mentioned in my Offer Letter (which I may choose to not upload) & the pay stubs of the first 2 years. City B is only mentioned in my last year's pay stubs. Relieving letter doesn't mention any city. LOR shouldn't be a problem. Should I delete one of the locations from my address history to avoid confusion? What would you have written as your place of work in case of a transfer under the same job & same NOC?

Hello everyone,

My husband is the primary applicant for EE. We got only 2 points for spouse education although I have a Master's degree. Is it because I do not have an ECA report? DO i need to get an ECA report for claiming full 10 points? My husband has a complete ECA report. Please help.

Thank you

Hi Jkal,
I have similar question for level of education if you can share your experience.

So I have 2 degrees. One bachelor's degree WES evaluated and 1 year post grad certificate from Canada.

When I am making my express entry profile under Study section, they are asking my details of my education.
so I have made two separate entries for both the degree.

In both the degree they ask for level of education.

For bachelor's degree they ask if it is eca evaluated then I select 'Yes' , further they ask level of education according to ECA. So I select bachelor's degree. In same form they again ask for level of education so I again select bachelor's degree.

Then I created one more entry for post grad certificate. In which they ask for level of education so I selected One year course at university or college or trade school option.

I have highlighted two points in this post where I have doubt about which option to select.
Please let me know if I have to select this option : two or more degree with one atleast three years or more. Also please let me know in which entry from above I have to select this option (in which highlighted point i have to select this option) .

Thanks.

In my opinion, you should choose "two or more degree with one atleast three years or more" as you have a Bachelor degree and also have another one:-
CIC site:-
if the foreign national has two or more post-secondary program credentials and at least one of them was issued at the completion of a post-secondary program of three years or more,
