Sorry if this has been answered before, I did have a poke around and couldn't find my scenario anywhere.
Our background:
Applied for PR under FSW EE on 1st May. (Eligibility passed, hold up on R10 for reasons unknown to us)
Primary applicant is me, my spouse is coming with me via common-law.
My visa expired 21st of May.
Submitted my own BOWP application 2nd of May, currently on implied status.
My partners visa expires 1st of Oct and we have all the documents together for her BOWP.
My question is this; she is required to provide 'Family Member Proof of Status'
It asks for a copy of my work visa but that is expired. Does anyone know exactly what documents I need to provide to show proof of my status?
