i applied in september for a study visa to canada but they rejected my application because of my family ties
i want to replay and in this time my brother will be my sponsor but me and my brother do not live in the same country
i live in ALGERIA and he lives in FRANCE
i know that he can sponsors me but what i am asking about is :
don't you think that being in different country will Reduce my chances of getting the visa ?

I think, you are right. Being in different country can reduce your chance for Visa. What's your nationality ? Since when you are living in Algeria ? Are you a student or employed ? What your brother does in France ?
