I have an uncle living in Edmonton, AB. He is cousin of my father(my uncle's father and my paternal grabdfather a birth siblings).
Is my uncle eligible to sponsor me as a family member?
Can my (Uncle) cousin sponsor me, now ?
I have finished all applicable-
