my uncle (mother's brother) and my spouse aunty (her mother's sister) are Canadian citizen. however their passport has spouse name rather than father name. They don't have birth certificates too. how can then i show / proof the relationship? any other documents that can show?

You uncle has taken up his wife's name? That's a bit unusual. But regardless, they cannot sponsor you.
