Family sponsorship - Your application is incomplete.

Just received this concerning email saying: "Your application is incomplete. Therefore your application does not meet the requirements for processing."

Thanks God they actually did not return it, just asked to get it "fixed". Basically, the problem is missing hand signatures in the following applications:

• IMM 5669 (for Principal Applicant)

Thats fine, I'll get it signed but if you open that PDF it actually says "I agree that by typing my name, I am electronically signing my application"... Well, whatever.

Question: should my mother sign + had her name typed or just signed?

There are certain forms (or at least there were on the spousal package) that specify in the checklist or the application guide that they have to be signed by hand, but this happens all the time unfortunately.

If they didn't give you explicit instructions, then print the signature page as it is (already electronically "signed" with your mom's name typed) and then have her hand sign it.
