May i ask if my uncle (my mother's first cousin) are eligible for us to be sponsored.... He is very much willing but my question is why?????
Please help....

If you are alone in Canada, you have no spouse, no children, no close relatives in Canada and no close relatives elsewhere that you can sponsor, you can sponsor one other relative, for example your uncle. However, it does not sound like you are alone because you say "us".

Another option, if you live in Manitoba or Saskatchewan, look at the PNP family stream there to see if you and your uncle meet all requirements for you to sponsor him through PNP.

If not, the last option would be that you try to help get your uncle a job offer, an LMO or AEO so he can try to get a work permit or apply for PR under some other program, possibly PNP with a job offer for example.

anybody can help, thanks for reply
