Cousins can't be sponsored, unless the sponsor lives in Alberta, Manitoba, or Saskatchewan.....then you MAY be eligible for the Provincial Nominee Program (not 100% sure though).
However your cousin's parents may be able to sponsor you....but hold on: how old are you? That can happen only if you're under 18 AND unmarried...
