Hello all,

I currently live and work in Canada and on the personal information family section of the express entry profile it asks how much money I will bring to Canada to support myself.

For number of family members I selected one... It's just me trying to gain PR. But below it asks how much money I will be bringing to support myself. I was under the impression I didn't have to state this as I already live and work in Canada?

What should I do? I don't want to put a false number in that could cause problems down the line of my application.

Any help/advice would be great! Thanks!

if you qualify under CEC then you can put $0. if you are going under FSW, you need to put the minimum according to LICO.

But then won't they want to see that? I live in canada and work here. I thought you don't need to show funds if you're doing that?

it depends which program you are applying under. if it is CEC, you dont need any funds.
