I don’t understand why 3 of my family members from Colombia would be refused. They were only planning to visit us for two weeks

The letter refuses them for their travel history even though they recently went to Orlando, Florida to go to walt disney. The letters also mentions family ties and only
one of them is my cousin who is coming with her husband and son.

Both of them have good jobs, their son registered in a school, and they also had over 10k saved for this trip.

What more do they want? Is there something that can help them get it if they apply again? We even put proof of property lol

I honestly dont get it. Please help..

Thanks,

Steve from MTL

- $10K is on the low side for a family of 3. Do they have any additional savings they can show?
- Did they show proof of employment? If so, what evidence did they include? Are they employed permanently with a large company or self-employed?
- Did they include proof of their recent trip to the U.S.?
- Yes, it's good they showed property ownership. What documents did they include for this?

They both showed proof that they are working full time and that their 5 year old child is studying in their hometown. They included proof of their stay in the united states, included proof of the two 4 1/2 apartments they own, proof of medical insurance, and filled up all the forms about all their family members, who all live in Colombia.

As for savings they have the 10k plus the money for their planes tickets saved on the savings account.

Any ideas of what else they should include?

Thank you for answering & for your help ;)
