family member pr photocopy

Hi,

In India checklist it says :
For any family member who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada, send a photocopy of their:
•citizenship certificate,
•permanent resident card,
•Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or
IMM 5688),
•immigrant visa.


Does this mean that if sponsored person't sibling reside in Canada then their PR copy is needed ?

It's only for people that could be sponsored (so spouse and dependent children).
