Hiii... I am going to invite my parents for my graduation ceremony. I have couple questions.

Should i invite only one person or is it fine to invite my mother and father together?
Should i apply for 15 days or one month..which one is best?
Should i apply from here or ask them to apply from India?

If you're inviting your parents for your graduation then they should apply from where they currently live now. All you need is to send them invitation letter and others if required.

You may do either. For a month just prepare detailed itinerary what sightseeing they are going to do.
