I am filling my moms form. Now my mom is divorced from past 10 years and we have no contact with the person. So in family info for spousal and common in law partner should i leave it blank or fill his info.

Please let me know as i am confused.

Write all available info like name DOB and if u don't have the address and occupation write unknown
