Family information 5645: check for host or not?

On that form, it states whether or not a person will be accompanying the visitor. The problem is that the host is already in Canada. So, the host will not "accompany" the visitor from the country of travel to Canada, but will "accompany" the guest in Canada.

I think the host should check NO. Right?
