Family class sponsorship requirements

Hello,

As the title sugests i have some questions about the Family class sponsoship requirements.

If my aunt lives there for 3 years already (permanent resident) and my uncle ( Canadian citizen). can i she sponsor me? ( i am married 28 years) , i am romanian/german citizen. wife is romanian only at this moment.

We both graduated master degree and both have ielts with good marks. (we are ready to apply next month for express entry , we have together aprox 425 points)

quick history of my aunt:

Her daughter is there with she for 3 years too , and she only has my grandma alive(her mother, 83 years).

She has enough money , so financial should be a issue.

Is there anyway i could immigrate like this to Canada?

no, your aunt can not sponsor you and your wife through family class since she is married and has other close relatives still alive. family class is specific to parents/grandparents, spouses, children under 19, or when the person is "alone in canada".
