On the topic of the anchor form 5990e and 5889, when doing the application it did say on top of the section where these forms had to be filled that you couldn't print and scan the form but that they must be signed digitally. I did not see this before applying. I did signed and submitted 5889 digitally but I printed, notarized and scanned 5990e.
It worked. Hope that helps.

How did you digitally signed ? I couldn’t do I thought by electronically signing the application that county count for the forms too? I hope mine isn’t return because of itThank you! Really happy.

The first page had the front face of the document and the second page had the back face of the document.Sorry to hear. What was the difference between the first and 2nd page then?
By email. And when you get in into the portal it says application status “Returned”. So, you can edit or change what is wrong and submit it again.How did you receive the information that it was returned? by email or on the account?
