Bank made a complaint about me and police arrested me, my finger prints were taken and I was presented in court for hearing, I have explained everything to judge in court, inquiry was conducted and I won the case as it was a false case made by bank. I just want to know will there be any problem if I apply Canada immigration?
As I was not jailed and I won the case. Am I eligible to apply?
