I have just emailed my transcripts and WES report. I am not sure whether the university is open now in order to send the hardcopy of my transcript. Do u have any idea abt this?

As far as I know applicants have to send their official transcripts through university from where they complete their last education.

I don't think WES transcripts re needed for Canada. Just give them all the marksheets from the UNI

Ask your university to send your official transcripts to MUN. It will be fine, no need to courier it.
